How To Consume Organic Apple Cider Vinegar?
There are several ways to consume your Organic ACV. Here are a few we recommend:
- Add 1 tbsp (15 ml) Organic ACV to 1 cup of warm water.
- You may use it as a salad dressing, sauce, or chutney.
Tip: Add turmeric + honey + cinnamon + black pepper for added benefits. Avoid honey if diabetic.
